Confidential factoring
Undisclosed factoring is a type of recourse factoring for financing deliveries to debtors unwilling to work under factoring and failing to sign the notice of assignment of payment claims.
PRODUCT DISCRIPTION:
- financing limit for this product does not exceed 50% of the total limits set for the client,
- a surety from the owners of the client's company is required;
- signing an agreement with the Client’s servicing bank for pre-authorization to debit money received from Debtors failing to sign notification to the FC’s current account;
- account details, to which the agreement for pre-authorization to debit money to the Factor for repayment of the financed debts is signed, are specified in supply agreement with the debtor,
- Debtor's notice of payment claims is signed by the Factor and the Client and kept in the client’s profile of our factoring company;
- document management in financing is carried out in electronic form using electronic digital signatures.
